ORDERS
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you as soon as possible!
You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process. How do I return an item?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
Changing the item or size
Delivery/billing address
Adding items to your order
Shipping method
There is a 1-hour window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button.
After 1 hour, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. Check it out here.
If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to cancel it my messaging us.

ORDER PROCESSING
If your item is in stock, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country or it is stated at the shipping method. A few of the carriers are the following:
RETURNS
Blank Sunglasses accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. If you want to know more about our return policy, please check our page “Returns” or just contact info@blank-sunglasses.com. We will handle your return.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Blank Sunglasses does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@blank-sunglasses.com Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Blank Sunglasses will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Blank Sunglasses does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.
If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Just don’t worry. That’s our motto.
This is our policy regarding this matter :-)
If you have purchased anything on BLANK. Sunglasses, but didn’t:
- Receive the right products or sizing, or
- Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.
- Paid with Paypal? Check our “Returns” page.
However, we can't give you full refund under the following circumstances:
1. Your BLANK. order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example: you provided us the wrong shipping address), or
2. Your BLANK. order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of BLANK. Sunglasses (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters, pandemics), or
3. Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.
How do I return my order?
Returns/Refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

We have free returns with Paypal if you already activated this before on your Paypal account before November 26th, 2022.

Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Why don't you have a phone number?
Blank does not have a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls.
Blank was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.
